Cancel subscription
Pro and Venue are billed by Stripe. Canceling stops future charges. You keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to Free. A Venue page unpublishes when the plan ends. PDF export stays free.
This PlanItTour account is on Free. If you subscribed with the email you used at checkout, you can still cancel or manage that billing in Stripe.
Stripe will ask for your checkout email and send a sign-in link to the billing portal.
